To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or want to continue the conversation in Spanish language. I will check and forward the ticket to one of our Spanish supporters to assist you in the Spanish language.
I understand the issue you're having. The "Gear" icon or the "in-progress" status for translation usually appears if the translation is not completed or if the translator exited the translation editor without saving the translation. Would you please follow the instructions mentioned in this guide and see if that helps solve the issue?
But, if the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the ATE error log so that we can understand what exactly is causing the ATE to not complete the translation. To find the ATE error log:
- Please go to "WPML > Support"
- Scroll to the "Advanced Translation Editor" and click on the 'Error logs' link
- Take a full-screen screenshot of that page, ensuring that all the columns and data are visible.
Please share the screenshot in the next response. I will check and happy to assist you further in this matter.
If you prefer to get support via chat, please feel free to create a new chat in the Spanish forum. If Paola is available, she will take over the chat, or I will ask her to assist you.
I have checked the video and understand that you were trying to explain an issue. However, the video only shows the cursor moving, without any additional information being displayed.
Could you please check and share the video again?
I would also like to request you to share the WPML Debug Information from your site so that I can get a better overview of your setup and system.
