Hi There, To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or if you want to continue the conversation in Spanish language. I will check and forward this ticket to one of our Spanish-speaking supporters to assist you in the Spanish language. I understand that you're having issues translating the strings of the Bookly plugin. If the issue is the strings don't appear in the String Translation, you may need to scan the plugin and search for them again. Please follow these steps: - Go to "WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization." Sometimes, even after translating the string correctly, it may not appear translated on the frontend due to caching or another instance of the same string not being registered for translation. If you can add the translation but still don't see the strings translated, please clear your site and browser caches and try again. If the issue persists, check whether the string that appears on the frontend is registered for translation yet. You need to check in the Admin screen section of String Translation whether the text is available there. Please refer to this guide to understand how to access the Admin screen section and register strings for translation. Once there, search for the text that is not translated on the frontend. If the text appears in the results, select it, add it to String Translation, and then translate it by going to "WPML > String Translation." I hope the information above is helpful. If the issue you're experiencing is different, please share more details about the problem. Providing some screenshots would greatly assist in understanding the issue better and allow me to offer more targeted assistance. Looking forward to your responnse and I'm always here to help. Best regards, |

Thanks for the response, I have followed the steps and I see all the translated strings, but they are not reflected on the frontend. If I give you the access codes, could you take a look? Thank you |

Hi There, If the strings have been translated but are not appearing on the frontend, the translation files may not be updated. Please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue: - Navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting. The steps above usually resolve string translation issues on the frontend. If the problem persists, please share the link to the page with the Bookly form so I can review it and provide further suggestions. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, |

Hi There, The WordPress Admin language is set to Spanish, which is why the exact option is not showing. Please navigate to "Usuarios > Perfil" in your WordPress dashboard and change the Language option to English. Then, continue to follow the steps I shared in my previous message and you should see the options. I also checked the Form page and noticed that the Spanish strings are showing in the Basque language. I hope the steps I shared above will help to fix the translation issue. If not, I will be happy to take a closer look and assist you further. Best regards, |

Please, I need the site to be working in all languages immediately. None of the suggested steps work, in fact it no longer translates any string from any plug in. How can I send you the site keys so you can review it? |

Hi There, As the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, |

Hi! Thank you for sharing the access information. I entered the access information and clicked the login button, but the login page kept loading for a while before a timeout error appeared. Please check this screenshot: enlace oculto. The wp-admin page didn't load. I also tried changing the location to Spain and using a different browser, but the issue persists. Are there any access restrictions applied? If so, please let me know how I can access the backend so that I can investigate and assist you further. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, |

Hi, I was able to access the site after some time, but the server error kept reappearing, which delayed the investigation. However, I managed to translate the string following the method outlined in this response. I also created a video to help you better understand the process. Please check this enlace oculto">video and translate the other strings accordingly. [The video is protected. Once you request access, I will immediately accept it. You just need to refresh the link, and then you can view the video.] I hope it helped. If you need further assistance, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to assist. Best regards, |

If you try to click on the settings it doesn't work. All strings are translated in the translator, but they do not appear on the frontend Los hilos nuevos creados por Prosenjit Barman y vinculados a este se encuentran a continuación: https://wpml.org/es/forums/topic/split-string-translation-showss-in-progress/ |

Hi There, The issue you reported in your last response is different from the one initially reported in this ticket. As we are allowed to discuss/handle only one issue per thread, I have created a new ticket to address the other issue. You will receive a response to that ticket soon. Feel free to let me know if you need assistance in understanding the process of translating Bookly form strings. I'll be happy to help. Best regards, |
