[Resuelto] Troubleshooting is safe?

Background of the issue:
I am using WPML and received instructions to use the Troubleshooting feature by selecting everything and clicking start. I understand the importance of making a backup beforehand, but I'm still wondering if this is safe and how much chance is there of something breaking? My site is enlace oculto, and I have a store with ongoing orders.
