Background of the issue:
I have my forms connected to Constant Contact, and I am trying to figure out why my Gravity Form's firstname and all other fields except the email field are showing up as unknown. In the entries, it shows all info properly, but it seems the moment we send it to the CRM, it's sending the field values as translated, causing the mapping to not work. ....

I also checked the form translations and can only see that the labels are translated.

Symptoms:
Firstnames from translated pages are showing up as unknown in Constant Contact.

Questions:
Why are the firstname and other fields except the email field showing up as unknown in Constant Contact?
How can I ensure that the field values are not translated when sent to the CRM?.............
