Background of the issue:
I am experiencing issues with my WPML installation on the site enlace oculto. I have installed WPML Multilingual CMS v4.8.2, WPML String Translation v3.4.1, and WPML SEO v2.2.4. My server is hosted on Kasserver (All-Inkl) with PHP Version 8.4.12 (fpm-fcgi) and cURL Version 7.81.0 OpenSSL/3.0.2. The SSL is Let's Encrypt and valid, with allow_url_fopen set to On and a memory limit of 512M.
Symptoms:
1. WPML displays the message: 'WPML Plugin cannot connect to wpml.org. Something in the network or security settings prevents outgoing communication.' Toolset Plugin also cannot connect to toolset.com.
2. Additionally, translations sometimes overwrite the default German content when editing translated content using String Translation or Astra Theme. Whenever we make a change on the main (German) website on Astra (ie. from Contact > Kontakt) and save, after a few minutes it goes back to the same phrasing that used to be before. Also, after making changes to a sentence/ word, we cannot find it on the String translation
Also, I cannot see 'Plugins → Commercial' in the WordPress admin to verify registration manually.

Could you please help diagnose this connection problem and the translation synchronization issue?
