[Resuelto] I am facing an issue with Mailchimp translation

I am facing an issue with my website. On my website, I am using the Mailchimp newsletter which is suggested by the OTG installer with multilingual. I have added all the string translations of mailchimp but still, the text is not translated into Italian, it is only showing in English language. Could you please look into this ASAP.
