[Resuelto] Continous problem with wp form on footer widget

I have a continous problem with wp form on footer widget "Subscribe to our newsletter" it is translated and worked but for whatever reason it is coming back to english default, I cannot understand why it is so unstable, once it works after a while comes back to english translation
