Background of the issue:
I am experiencing an issue where Yoast SEO titles and meta descriptions for custom taxonomies (categories and cities) are not being translated completely in other languages despite following the correct procedures. I have enabled Yoast SEO fields (`_yoast_wpseo_title`, `_yoast_wpseo_metadesc`, etc.) for translation in WPML settings. These fields were not showing in Custom Fields Translation, so I manually added them through WPML → String Translation. I automatically translated the Yoast SEO fields for categories and custom taxonomies into other languages, but I am seeing a timer icon and a tooltip message saying, "waiting for a translator". I have checked the WPML Translation Management queue and ensured no pending translations were assigned to a translator. I tried assigning translations to myself and manually inputting them, but the issue persists. I canceled pending translation jobs but still can't get Yoast SEO meta fields to reflect in the translated languages.

Symptoms:
The translations are not being applied, and the SEO metadata fields are still not showing correctly on the frontend in other languages.

Questions:
Is this a bug or is there a specific setting or action I should take to resolve this issue?
