I am currently facing an issue with Slider Revolution on my website while working with WPML for Spanish translations. I have created the Spanish version of my sliders and updated all the necessary links from the backend within Slider Revolution.
However, the problem is that the updated links are not reflecting on the frontend. Despite confirming that the links are correctly updated in the backend editor, the frontend continues to display the old or incorrect links.
I would appreciate it if you could: Check whether this is a compatibility issue between WPML and Slider Revolution.
Thank you for your support. I look forward to your guidance in resolving this matter.

Hi there!
This is Paola and I hope you are well!
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
**IMPORTANT**
- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.
The private box looks like this: link nascosto
This is the link for the button — please check it from your side and update it accordingly.
After updating, kindly confirm if it is working for you. If possible, please also share a video showing the fix, so I can follow the same steps on my end.

Hi there!
As it is happening on both languages maybe the issue is nor related to WPML.
First of all please deactivate WPML and see if the issue disappears, that will tel us if the issue is related to WPML.
If the issue disappears after deactivating WPML, it is related to WPML. To find out the details of the error you are getting, could you do the following?
- Access the wp-config.php file (located in the WordPress root).
- Insert these lines just before /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
