[Resuelto] My ERP delete my translation

I have the website (with 2 languages, Spanish and English) linked to an ERP for categories, products and clients.
When I import the ERP, it eliminates the English translation and puts the product texts in Spanish and removes the category association.
If I add another language, French, when I import, the English leaves it fine, perfect, but what happened before with English, now happens with French, it puts the texts in Spanish.
and so if I add another language, Italian, then English and French are alike, but the Italian puts the texts in Spanish.
Has something like this ever happened to you?
What do you use to link Spanish products with their translations? the ID?
