[Resuelto] No puedo ver los creditos que he comprado

Antecedentes del problema:
Compré el paquete CMS para nuestra web: enlace oculto. WPML ya existía en nuestra web ya que la instaló el web designer en enlace oculto. Es la misma web, pero parece estar asignada a una persona que ya no trabaja con nosotros.
Síntomas:
No puedo acceder a los créditos que he comprado desde nuestra página.

¿Cómo puedo acceder a los créditos que he comprado?
¿Cómo reasignar la cuenta de WPML a nuestro control?

Si WPML ya estaba instalado, puedes generar una nueva clave para este dominio desde aquí (http://wpml.org/account/sites), copiar la clave de WPML, ir a tu sitio actual > Plugins > Añadir nuevo > Comercial > hacer clic en el botón "Cancelar registro de WPML" y luego hacer clic en el botón "Registrar WPML" y usar la nueva clave.

What I need is a valid key:
I have one for http:// baeturia.es which does not work
I have created a new key for https:baeturia.es, which does not work either.
So WP does not let me update o get translations in spite that I have purchased a CMS pack.
If you cannot provide me with a valeid key, please, proceed to get my money back
Sorry for the delay. There's a pretty full queue at the moment, and it can take a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
So, regarding the key not working:
You are using the HTTPS version on your domain, not HTTP, so you need to generate a new WPML key from here (http://wpml.org/account/sites/) with this exact URL: enlace oculto (don't forget the two important slashes - "//")
Practically:
- go here (http://wpml.org/account/sites/)
- remove the current WPML key that you already generated
- generate a new key for this exact URL: enlace oculto
- copy the key
- go to your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > click the "Register WPML" button > and register WPML with the new key. It should work fine.
Also, something important, outside the reply that I shared with you above, regarding credits that may have been assigned incorrectly:
When you remove already created keys from here (http://wpml.org/account/sites/), any credits that were wrongfully assigned to those URLs should move back into your WPML.org account, and you should see them here: http://wpml.org/account/sites/
