Hello,
I’ve noticed a problem when I activate the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin with the Divi theme: the site remains active, but when I launch the builder, it displays a critical error or a 500 error.
I’ve left the plugin deactivated for now, but could you help me resolve this issue?

WPML Multilingual CMS - Version 4.9.2
Divi child - Version: 4.27.6

Hello,

Instead of FTP, you can install a plugin like File Manager that allows you to see your files and insert the debug code.

I can help you with it and debug this for you, please make a backup and share an admin access to your site,

I will then enable the debug log as suggested by our bot and find the culprit/cause of this error.

I will have to replicate the issue, so expect to run into the critical error a couple more times for testing,

I was able to open DIVI builder with no issues and I see no errors in the log : lien caché

Is there a specific page or workflow that I need to follow or is this an inconsistent issue?

I checked with my client, and the issue has also been resolved on their side. Everything seems to be working properly now.
