Background of the issue:
I am trying to automatically translate posts on our site using WPML. However, WPML is reporting that we are out of credits for automatic translation. Despite moving a lot of credits to the site and confirming that those credits appear in the plugin, the issue persists. We have tried deregistering and reregistering the site with WPML twice, which involved moving credits back to the WPML account, removing the site from the WPML account, re-adding the site to the WPML account, and adding the site key in the backend of WordPress. Additionally, when we reregistered the site, a large number of credits were added to our account, much more than the 2000 that are applied to new sites. Originally, we had 80000 prepaid credits.
