Ce sujet est résolu. Voici une description du problème et de la solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with the display of a "newsletter" module in the English version of their website after translating it from French using WPML. The background and letter colors were incorrect despite appearing correct in the WP editor.
Solution:
We adjusted the settings to ensure that the layout fields are copied correctly during the translation process. This action forces the layout to maintain its appearance across different language versions. We tested this solution on a draft page to confirm that the layout was copied accurately.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Hello,
I have issues with the format of a "newsletter" module (Divi 4)
- 1st step : I added a « newsletter » module and a « comments » module in the French article. (image 1)
- It is correctly displayed in the French version (image 2)
- 2nd step: I translated with WPML editor (image 3)
- This is how it was displayed in the English version after translation: the background and letters colors were incorrect (image 4)
- 3rd step: I switched to the WP editor and went to the English version of the article in order to edit the colors, although it is not recommended
- To my surprise, the colors on the editable version in English were correct (image 5), although they didn't show up in the public version.
- 4th step: I selected again all the background and letters correct colors in Divi builder (image 6)
- 5th step: I emptied the cache
- After the colors editing the English display were correct but the comments were closed.
- 5th step: I had to reopen the comments in the WP article dashboard
- I finally got the desired presentation for the “newsletter” and the “comments” module in the English article (Image 7)
That's quite time-consuming, and I'm sure there's a better way. I guess it's a bug?
Thank you for your help.
Jacques

Please note that the images are not displayed in the right order.

Refer to the last digit of
7 / 7 17719521-1.jpg for image 1,
1 / 7 17719521-2.jpg for image 2 etc...
to link the images in the order of my explanations.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML support team,

It seems the newsletter design fields are not set to be copied to translations, it could be a configuration issue or a bug.

Under WPML > Settings > Custom fields translation > show system fields and search for Divi related fields that could be linked to the newsletter.

I could find the exact fields and debug this for you if you could share the access again, the previous ticket is closed and access is deleted by automatically.

Best,

Hello,

I have made the layout fields to be copied to force the correct layout when doing translations,

I have tested this on a draft page and can be seen here : lien caché

Could you confirm that the layout was copied correctly?
