[Cerrado] El selector de lenguaje en el menú del sitio web no conecta con la traduccion

Hola.

Antes de que este ticket sea asignado a uno de mis colegas, intentaré ayudarte.

Este problema me parece que podría estar relacionado con causas del servidor o una incompatibilidad entre WPML y (al menos) uno de los plugins activos o el tema actualmente activo.

1. Asegúrate de que tu servidor cumpla con los requisitos mínimos de WPML y que estés utilizando las versiones más recientes de WPML:

2. Si el problema persiste, ¿puedes informarnos si sigue ocurriendo incluso cuando solo están activos los plugins de WPML y estás utilizando un tema predeterminado de WordPress?

Por favor, prueba los siguientes pasos para verificar si se trata de un problema de compatibilidad:

- Haz una copia de seguridad completa del sitio web.

- Desactiva todos los plugins excepto WPML y sus complementos.

- Comprueba si el problema persiste.

- Si no es así, reactiva tus plugins uno por uno, verificando cada vez si el problema aparece de nuevo para identificar cuál es el plugin que lo causa.

Si el problema persiste incluso con los plugins no relacionados con WPML desactivados:

- Mantén todos los plugins no relacionados con WPML desactivados.

- Cambia a un tema predeterminado como TwentySeventeen.

- Intenta recrear el problema ahora.

Si tienes la oportunidad, lo mejor sería hacer esto en un entorno de pruebas (staging).

I checked your site and noticed console errors when clicking on the language flags. Please refer to the attached screenshot. The error suggests an issue with an unrecognized expression while handling the URL, which often occurs due to a malformed selector or a problem with how jQuery interacts with page elements.

I also noticed that the menu items are currently anchored to sections on your site. Could there be a specific setting in your theme or plugins for the menu that might be preventing the menu items from functioning correctly with links?

If you've built the header using the Porto Header Builder, could you try adding the language switcher directly in the header using a shortcode or the Language Switcher element instead of the menu language switcher? Please check if this resolves the issue.
