Background of the issue:
I created a taxonomy and marked it for translation and suddenly it became unavailable.

Symptoms:
The taxonomy I created and marked for translation is now unavailable.

Questions:
Why did the taxonomy become unavailable after marking it for translation?
How can I make the taxonomy available again?
