To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or if you want to continue the conversation in Spanish language. I will check and forward this ticket to one of our Spanish-speaking supporters to assist you in the Spanish language.
I understand the issue you're facing. If translation support has been added for these texts, you should be able to translate them via String Translation. Please try the following steps, and I hope they will help:
- Go to WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization.
- In the plugin section, select "Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs" and click the "Scan" button at the bottom.
- Once the scan is complete, go to WPML > String Translation and search for the text you want to translate.
- If the text appears in the results, click the "+" icon under the language flag to add the translation.
- If the text doesn’t appear, scroll to the bottom of the String Translation page and click on "Translate texts in Admin Screens".
- On the Admin Screens page, search for the string you want to translate.
- If the string is found, select it and click "Add to String Translation".
- Return to String Translation, and the string should now be available for translation. Add the translation there.
I hope the steps above will help. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
