[Fermé] website credits

Background of the issue:
I am trying to get WPML to function on my site, hayes.hayesbicycle.com. I have assigned credits to this site but am still prompted to assign credits again. I am following the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/ and am unable to find where to insert the part: 'Expand the Connected Sites section. Click Enter the connection key of another site and paste the migration code you copied. The site in question is a multisite.

Symptoms:
WPML only translates the title of posts and the title of collection pages. I am repeatedly prompted to assign credits despite having already done so.

Questions:
Why am I being prompted to assign credits again after already assigning them?
How can I get WPML to translate more than just the titles of posts and collection pages?
Where do I insert the connection key and migration code as per the documentation?
