Before this thread is assigned to my colleague, I'd like to offer some initial guidance and potential solutions. To reduce response time, I'm responding in English. If you prefer to continue the conversation in Spanish, please let us know in your next response, and our Spanish support team will assist you accordingly.
If the translation status remains stuck after completion, please follow the instructions in the guide below to see if it resolves the issue.
Hello There,
I hope you're doing well. I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your ticket.
I took over this ticket and will try my best to assist you in this matter.
Thank you for testing the suggestions. Since the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of the current translation status in your next response so we can identify whether the problem is with string translation or with regular pages/posts. If the issue is specific to a particular page or post, please also include the link to that page or post.
It is also possible that the translation editor is having some issues, which is why, the translation job is not getting completed. To check if there are any issues with the Translation Editor, go to "WPML > Support" and click on the Error Logs link under the Advanced Translation Editor section. If there are any errors, they will be listed there. Please capture a full screenshot of this page, making sure that all recent errors and columns are visible, and include that screenshot in your next response.
I will check all the details and let you know what to do next.
Thank you for sharing the screenshots (these were not included in your first message).
It appears that some content has not been translated or the translations have not been saved, which is why the translation progress is showing as 89%. If you are unable to see the items that haven't been translated or translations haven't been saved, please switch back to the previous translation editor and check from there.
– Go to the top right corner of the translation editor
– Click the gear icon
– Enable the option “Use the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor.”
– Refresh the page and check if there are any untranslated/unsaved segment.
Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
Thank you for the update. Based on the screenshot, I identified the page name and checked the translation status in our system. When I switched to our previous translation editor, I noticed that some HTML attributes are not visible in the new translation editor, which prevented the translation from being completed.
After translating the missing HTML attributes, the translation process was fully completed. Please review this screenshot: enlace oculto
[Please note that the adjustments made in our system will not affect your site.]
The issue with the missing HTML attribute in the new Translation Editor has already been reported, and our development team is actively working to resolve it. We have also published an errata that includes a workaround, which involves switching to the previous translation editor. Please refer to this errata for more details.
Could you please carefully follow the instructions outlined in the Errata and check again? Since I was able to see 100% completion progress from our system, you should be able to see the same.
Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
