Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML automatic translation. The site says 'You don't have enough credits to translate automatically. Contact the website's owner to request more credits.'. Automatic translation is set up in our account. The Tools tab in WPML on the site is asking us to set up pay as you go again, but it is already showing in our account settings on wpml.org.

Symptoms:
The site indicates that I don't have enough credits for automatic translation, even though it is set up in my account. The Tools tab is asking to set up pay as you go again.

Questions:
Why is the site saying I don't have enough credits for automatic translation?
Why is the Tools tab asking to set up pay as you go again when it is already set up in my account?
