When I go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header & Footer, then click ' Start Designing' , click ‘ header’, the language swither disappears, I can only edit the hearder on English language page. Symptoms: The header layout is messed up on the Spanish language page after translation. I want to change 'PONTE EN CONTACTO CON' to 'CONTACTO'. Questions: How can I edit the header on the Spanish language page?

Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit the header on the Spanish language page of my site, which is currently under development. The layout is messed up after translating from English to Spanish. When I go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header & Footer, then click ' Start Designing' , click ‘ header’, the language swither disappears, I can only edit the hearder on English language page.

Symptoms:
The header layout is messed up on the Spanish language page after translation. I want to change 'PONTE EN CONTACTO CON' to 'CONTACTO'.
