Background of the issue:
I have just installed WPML and completed the automatic translations. I have French other than English. In the toolbar, WPML does not show 'All Languages' for the wp-admin/nav-menus.php, but for the other admin pages, it has the all languages option. I have also done the WP Menus Sync.
Symptoms:
All the navigation menu items are now gone from the admin nav-menu page. I still can see the menus and menu locations but not the menu items. Cannot create new menu items as well. In the front-end, all the English menus are showing without any error.
Questions:
Why are the navigation menu items missing from the admin nav-menu page after installing WPML?
Why can't I create new menu items in the admin nav-menu page?
Why does WPML not show 'All Languages' for the wp-admin/nav-menus.php page?
