[Risolto] Clicking on Update Icon just refresh the page, no way to include Translation

Very often, I can't enter the Advanced Translation tool when I need to translate a page. When I click on the update icon (two curved arrows in a circle), it starts spinning. Then it reloads the page, and the curved icons turn into a cogwheel. When I then click the cogwheel, it just reloads the page, starts spinning for a while, and then turns into a cogwheel again. Not entering the Advanced Translation tool.
