Hello, we are using the following WP Theme: Hub - Responsive Multipurpose WordPress Theme and using the WP Page Bakery for page building. Unfortunately, the WPML Plugin only recognizes about half of the text modules on the website. Is the plugin compatible with our theme?
Solution: WP Bakery is compatible, but some themes create their own elements for page builders. If those elements are not registered for translation, they won't show in the translation editor, which is likely the case here. You can find the shortcodes for these elements using the classic editor text version and you can register them in WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Configuration. Then update the page and the content should be in the translation editor.
