[Risolto] only admins can see "edit translation" in top bar

Hi, I wanted WP-editors to have access to ATE translations. We did the change in functions file and its possible for editors to go there like that: Sites -> Site X -> Editr translation (in ATE). But there is no "edit transaltion" link on admin top bar, what would be most useful (user browses the page, want to correct something, clicks link in top bar and there it is). Is it possible to change it?
