I want an information.
I have a marketplace woocommerce website where its main language is English and second language Italian. 95% of it's product are created in Italian and than translated to English.
Let's think that I have a product A created in Italian and translated into English. My question is if I need to update some attribute of the product A and I export all the product in English and I updated an attribute. Then I import the file with the changes of English product. I will have problem with the updating of product A or it update also the translation of the product in Italian? I ask you that because if I open the English translation of product A I can't change the attribute since are determined by the Italian version that is the original version of the product.
I hope my explanation is clear otherwise ask me without problems.

I am not sure if I understood the issue completely, however taxonomies should be created and/or updated before the import or update.
I suggest you check our documentation on this, note that is not advisable to stay away from these procedures as it may end up in issues with translations ( given the complexity of the plugins involved in this):
