Problema 1: Nella lingua Francese tutti i link rimandano alle pagine in italiano, ho già provato "Traduci le destinazioni dei link" ma non succede nulla. Questo è strano perchè nelle altre lingue, i link funzionano correttamente.

Problema 2: Tutti gli alt title di tutto il sito non sono stati tradotti. Come posso fare per mandarli in traduzione? Per Alt-Title intendo quei piccoli titoli che appaiono quando passo con il mouse su un link.

I titoli delle pagine alcune volte sono stati tradotte, altre no. Come vedete nello screenshot qui sotto è strano perchè invece la descrizione è stata sempre tradotta. Questo vale per tutte le lingue del sito.

I understood the issues you're having. A response to each of the problems that you've mentioned is added below.
The issue with links on the French page: If the link to the page/post that you've added is available in French, then the link should be updated automatically in the French language. But, if it is not happening on your end, please try the steps mentioned below and check if that helps to solve the issue.
- Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and click on the buttons mentioned in this screenshot: link nascosto
- After that, open the default page in the Editor
- Check and make sure that the URL is added in "Relative" structure. For example, if you have added link to a contact page, instead of adding the full URL("link nascosto"), add the short/relative format URL("/contact")

- After updating the URL structure, save the changes and must update the French translation as well.

Translating the Alt-Title: While translating the page, the alt-title should appear in the translation editor. From there you should be able to add the translation. But, if the titles aren't appearing in the Translation Editor, please go to "WPML > String Translations" and search for those titles there. If that appears in the result, please add the translation by clicking on the "+" icon below the language flag.
Page title not showing translated: Based on the screenshot provided, I noticed that you've highlighted the title generated by the AIOSEO plugin. For posts that are not displaying the translated SEO title, it is possible that the SEO title might not have been translated correctly for that particular post, which is why, the SEO title is not showing translated.
Please open the Post in Translation Editor by clicking on the pencil icon and look for the "AIOSEO Title field". If you found that field, add the translated SEO Title and make sure to 100% complete the translation. I hope it will help.

problem 2 and 3
alt title and aioseo: I have a fairly complex site, made up of many pages and each one translated into 5 languages. For this reason I cannot translate everything manually. I need a way to add them to the translation cart and send them to professional translations through the Matecat service. I've already had problems with the AIOSEO plugin in the past and your colleague Ahmed is aware of it. Let me know if you find a solution.
If possible I would prefer an answer in Italian.

Per il punto 2 e 3, vorrei capire meglio il problema: il alt title in AIOSEO non ti compare nelle traduzioni, giusto?
In quel caso, potresti caricare una copia di AIOSEO in qualche piattaforma quale dropbox o simile che tu preferisca, per cercare di vedere cosa succede? o meglio ancora, puoi caricarla qui e darmi i passi per configurare l'alt title di una pagina: link nascosto
Poi, separeremo il ticket per poter gestirlo separatamente visto che in questo stiamo trattando soltanto il punto 1.
