To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or if you want to continue the conversation in Spanish. I will check and forward this ticket to one of our Spanish-speaking supporters to assist you in the Spanish language.
I have checked the English page, and the header appears to be displaying correctly. However, the page intro/title is showing at the top, which is causing the English layout to not appear correctly on the front end.
The theme includes an option to configure the page title for each page. It appears that the page title settings have not been copied to the translation which is why, the title is showing on the top. Please try the following steps and I hope it will help.
- Please go to "WPML > Settings" and scroll to the "Custom Field Translation"
- Set the Translation preference for the following fields to COPY
1) pix-hide-top-padding
2) pix-hide-top-area
- Save the changes.
- Open the default page in WP Editor.
- Make a small change and update the changes. After that, update the translation as well.
Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Since you've shared access to your site in a previous ticket, I checked and noticed that the changes I suggested in my first response haven't been implemented. This is why the changes are not reflected in the English version.
I make the mentioned changes and the Page title is no longer showing in the header of the English page.
I hope it helps. If you need further assistance, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
