Problem:
The client renewed their license and registered a new website but is unable to activate the WPML license on the website using the provided code.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend generating a new WPML key from your WPML account. Once you have the key, access your site's backend, and if WPML is already installed, navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial. Here, you should be able to register WPML using the new key. If you encounter any errors during this process, please ensure that you are following these steps correctly.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
