Problem:

Avada global elements don't show in the translation editor while translating a page.

Solution:

The global elements will not appear in the editor when you translate the page. Instead, you'll need to translate them separately by going to Fusion Builder → Library. You can watch this video for more information: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvFmkF3clxc.
