Problem: The client needed assistance translating a single word, "Account", into Arabic ("حسابي") on a popup that appears when clicking the account icon from a mobile device. Solution: We recommended two methods to locate and translate the string: 1. Use the "Look for strings while pages are rendered" option in WPML > String Translation. After enabling this, visit the page where the string appears on the front end, then return to WPML > String Translation to search for the string. 2. If the string is not found in WPML > String Translation, it might be registered as admin text. We provided a guide to find and translate admin text strings: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
We also noted the importance of checking for duplicates of the string, as sometimes only one of the duplicates is the correct one that needs translation.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, or if the solution is outdated or not applicable to your case, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
