Solution: We recommended the following steps to resolve the credit display issue: - Create a full site backup - Navigate to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Unsubscribe the site using the link - Visit your wpml.org account -> Register WPML on your sites (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) -> Remove the site subscription - Return to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Click on the link below the field to enter the new key - Create a new key for the site and register it - Send a few credits to the site and double-check if the issue is resolved.
