To address the issue of not being able to open the WPML plugin, we advised enabling error reporting to diagnose the problem. This involves modifying the
wp-config.php
file to enable WP_DEBUG and related settings. After making these changes, the client should reload their site to generate a debug log, which could help further identify the issue.
