The client was facing issues with the 'Demande de visite' button and email delivery from their forms when using automatic translations. Additionally, there was a problem with the language selector in the header affecting the site's logo.
Solution:
1. We adjusted the URL in the header's translation for the 'Demande de visite' button to ensure it works correctly with automatic translations.
2. To address the email delivery issues:
- We installed an email logger to track emails sent from the forms. You can check this by visiting email logger.
- After sending forms in French, verify the logger to confirm that emails are being sent.
- If emails appear in the logs but are not received, the issue might be with the email address used for receiving them. Testing with a different email address is recommended.
3. We opened a separate ticket to resolve the issue with the language selector in the header, which was causing the site's logo to disappear due to formatting loss and space taken by the selector. You can follow this issue here: language selector issue.
