Problem:
The client was unable to see the WPML tab in the WP All Import plugin on their site, preventing them from importing products in multiple languages. Despite having the same configuration, another site still displayed the WPML tab.
Solution:
We recommended the client to:
1. Create a full backup of their site or set up a staging site.
2. Update any outdated plugins or themes.
3. Clear any existing cache.
4. Deactivate all plugins, including WPML ones, and activate a default WordPress theme.
5. Reactivate the WPML plugins, WP All Import, and WPML All Import.
6. Check if the WPML tab reappears and then reactivate other plugins and themes one by one to identify any conflicts.
Additionally, it was discovered that the client had installed the incorrect WPML Add-on. After installing the correct add-on, the WPML tab was visible again, allowing for the import of multilingual products.
