I understand the issue you’re facing. Based on the information available in our system, I can see the following:

- A one-time safety payment of €120 (€20 VAT included) was made from:
lien caché
on 2026-01-15

- A Pay-as-you-go charge (€5.87) and a safety limit charge (€120.00) were made from:
lien caché

However, galerie-institut.com does not appear to be listed under your WPML.org account for some reason. I’ve already escalated this to the appropriate team for further investigation.

For now, I will send you the invoices for these payments via email (to the address associated with your WPML.org account). I’ll send them shortly.

You should be able to access your invoices again from your WPML.org account here: Invoices
