Hello WPML Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding several issues on a Spanish translation that appeared after a previous WPML support intervention.

Background:
We have a German website translated into Spanish using WPML.
The affected page is: versteckter Link

Before we contacted WPML support regarding image adjustments via the Media Translator, all translations and links on this page were working correctly. Ticket: #17726982

Since the support changes, we are experiencing the following issues:

Issue 1: Missing content in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE)
Not all texts of the page are visible in the ATE anymore.
Even when searching for specific texts within the ATE, they do not appear.
As a result, these texts cannot be edited or translated.

Issue 2: ATE changes not reflected on the frontend
Text changes made and saved in the ATE are not displayed on the Spanish page.
In some cases, translations disappear again, although the page is not in the translation queue.

Issue 3: PDF links reverted or broken
PDF links that were previously correctly linked to Spanish PDFs have partly reverted to the German PDF versions.
One of the PDFs now shows an error message when opened.
A third PDF still works correctly and opens the Spanish version when clicking the button.

Video links are working correctly and should not be changed.

Summary
All of the above issues did not exist before we contacted WPML support for help with Media Translation.
We therefore assume that these problems are related to the recent support changes and kindly ask you to:

Investigate why these issues are occurring
Restore the correct and stable functionality of:
the Advanced Translation Editor
text synchronization
PDF language linking
