Background of the issue:
I was trying to reopen the original ticket which got closed while I was on vacation. The issue is described in detail here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/after-some-recent-wpml-update-most-of-translation-domains-for-our-elementor-pages-disappeared/?paged=2. I need working String translations to translate strings from Elementor pages that are not available through the Translation editor.

Symptoms:
After a recent WPML update, most of the translation domains for Elementor pages disappeared. The domains are broken, and there are only a few of them now. Even though it looks like there is a string in them (e.g., 'elementor-1292 (1)'), filtering out the domain shows nothing. I suspect the issue is in the database.

Questions:
How can I restore the missing translation domains for Elementor pages?
Is there a way to fix the database issue causing the domains to disappear?
