Not only these two strings. These two strings are an example of parts of the page that cannot be translated using the Advanced Translation Editor. There are more strings like that throughout the site. This is why we need to use the String translations plugin. But - and this is the MAIN ISSUE - the String translations stopped showing Domains corresponding to Elementor pages. I cannot update Elementor on the stage server (we do not have a license for stage). If you think this is really necessary, we can do one full copy from updated production again. But this procedure is quite expensive, so I wonder what the value is since we did not move further with tha last copy... So do you plan to investigate why we cannot see the translation Domains in the String Translations? Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. I believe once we solve these two missing strings in the String Translation, the other will be fixed too. I kindly ask for a snapshot of the site. Alternatively, with your permission, I can create one myself. For this purpose, I typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:

1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link

2. Consult WPML's instructions on providing supporters with a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the file link there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.

Thanks for your reply. It looks like the file you shared is not complete as shown in the attached screenshot. Therefore, I cannot import it. Can I have your permission to create a backup copy of the site here hidden link ?

I deleted unnecessary files (pdf uploads etc.) to minimize the archive size. We do not have the paid version of the duplicator plugin, so I had to do that manually. You can ignore this warning. I can send you a full size archive if you wanted. The stage is not up-to-date, so I'd rather do that for you on production. Can you send me the private form for sending the link please?
