Background of the issue:
I am trying to update some fields set to 'translate' in WPML, but they won't update and revert to their previous values. You can see the issue on this page: versteckter Link and screen recording here: versteckter Link
A colleague of yours suggested: 'According to the debug info, I see you are using the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) to translate content on your site. So I suggest you edit the page in the original language English > Make some changes to the field content > Save and update the translation in ATE and see if it helps.'
I can confirm that I have tried this and it didn't work. The English updated fine. But the Spanish simply won't update.
Your colleague also noted 'Also, the translation preference of some wrapper fields like Repeater, Flexible Layout, Group ... should be set to Copy.' our team tested changing things to try and get this working, but nothing is allowing this to work at this point.
