How to change link url in the second language

I can't just go in and change it manually like I would usually on a site since the footer is a GeneratePress element. I can translate the element but I don't see an option anywhere to change the link on the translated version. Symptoms: I don't see an option to change the link on the translated version of the footer element. Background of the issue:
I'm trying to set a different link URL on the Privacy policy link in the footer, so it points to the Portuguese version of the privacy policy if the Portuguese language is chosen.
