Image uploaded in German doesn't show up in English

Harry	Recently when I upload images in one language, they won't show up in the other language. Also, I can't find this option any longer, which was available in older versions of WPML: "When uploading media to the Media library, make it available in all languages" Instead, media translation is not set to be handled automatically. Solutions in other tickets and forum posts are outdated and not applicable anymore.
