[Geschlossen] Page/Post template is defaulting back to the Default template after translation process

We’ve noticed an issue where pages and posts are reverting to the Default template after being sent from WPML to XTM for translation.

When a translated page is created, the Default template is applied instead of inheriting the template assigned to the original English page. As a result, for every translated page, we must manually open the page editor and reassign the correct template.

This is the first time we’ve encountered this behavior, and it began immediately following recent updates. We’re currently trying to determine whether the issue was introduced by the WPML update to version 4.8.5, the XTM update to version 3.0.0, or another related change.

After investigating further, it appears the _wp_page_template value should be present in the custom system fields, but we’re not seeing it unless we manually query the database.
