[Geschlossen] translation not working, blank page when translating

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate pages on my site using WPML, specifically with the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE).

Symptoms:
When attempting to translate, a blank page appears.

Questions:
Why does a blank page appear when I try to translate using the ATE? I can I solve this?
