Este hilo está resuelto. Aquí tienes una descripción del problema y la solución.

Problem:
You are encountering two issues with WPML on your site: unexpected charges for automatic translation credits and a translated post that, despite being completed, shows as needing an update and is not published.
Solution:
1. For the unexpected charges, it appears that several pages on your site were translated using automatic translation, which incurred translation credits. You can download a detailed report from WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools tab.
2. The issue with the translated post not publishing occurs when not all parts of the page are translated in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) or the translation needs updating. The correct approach is to re-save the translation via ATE. Our developers are currently working on a new version of ATE, which will be released next week along with the latest version of WPML plugins. This update is expected to resolve the issue. We recommend waiting for this release and then verifying if the problem on your site is resolved.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, we highly recommend that you open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve two issues with the translation of our site using WPML. We have been charged $30 for automatic translation credits, which we don't usually use. Additionally, we translated a post to 100% completion, but it is not published.

Symptoms:
1. Unexpected charges for automatic translation credits. 2. Translated post shows as needing an update and is not published, requiring re-updating of red-marked pieces.

Questions:
Why are we being charged for automatic translation credits when we don't use that option frequently?
How can we avoid having to re-update each piece to get the translation published?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

1. From our side, I can see several pages have been translated on your site (enlace oculto) using automatic translation and, therefore, translation credits. You can download a more detailed report in WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools tab.

2.- Could you share a link to a video describing the "re-updating of red-marked pieces" issue? That way I will have a better understanding.

Looking forward to your message
Regards,
Carlos

Hi Carlos. Thank you for your answer.

1- We will check what you tell us.
2- I attach some screenshots for you to understand what I mean. We complete all the translation, it shows us that it is 100% complete, but it does not publish it. When we go to the list of posts, it is shown with the “nut” (see screenshot 1) to update. When editing the translation, we see that it is not 100% complete and it marks some parts that need to be validated (see screenshot 2). Only after validating 100% again the translation is published.

PS: The ticket summary generated by the IA is quite confusing.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your message.

This behavior happens when not 100% of the page is translated in ATE or the translation needs to be updated. Re-saving the translation via ATE is the correct solution for this scenario.

Our developers are working on a new version of ATE that should be released next week with the latest version of WPML plugins that will include a fix to this behavior. I recommend to wait until the release of the next week and double-check if the issue on your site disappeared.
