Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if it is fine for you or if you want to continue the conversation in German. I will forward this ticket to one of my German-speaking colleagues.
Upon reviewing the English version of the page, I've identified the issue. It seems that the content width value has not been copied to the translated version of the page, which is why, the layout of the translated versions is not showing the same as the default version. Would you please try the following and check if that helps to solve the issue?
- Please go to "WPML > Settings" and scroll down to the "Custom Field Translation"
- Click on the "Show system fields"
- Now, in the Search box, type "Elementor"
- In the result, you'll see several Elementor fields. Set the translation preference for the following fields to "Copy" and save the changes.
-- _elementor_page_settings
-- _elementor_data
-- _elementor_css
- Once done, open the default page in the WordPress Editor.
- Make a small change in that title, save the changes, and update the translation as well.
I hope it will help to fix the issue. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
Ok, thank you for your help. I did it, but it didn't work. I also just found out that we didn't use Elementor Hello Theme to design the page, but Kadence Theme. Maybe this is why it still look like this. Is there a way to solve the problem with the Kadence Theme? versteckter Link
