Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to change the footer text. I noticed that when I deactivate WPML, the issue seems to be related to one language where the text appears, but I cannot find it in string translation to remove it.

Symptoms:
When I change the text in the footer, some other text is overwritten with 'generatepass'. Removing the .mo files in WPML temporarily resolves the issue, but they reappear after making changes. I get a different footer copyright text when making changes, and it affects all other languages.

Questions:
How can I prevent the .mo files from reappearing after making changes?
Where can I find and remove the unwanted footer text in WPML string translation?
