Background of the issue:
I am trying to reduce the autoload option from wp_options. I see some tables of fusion_options_nl, fusion_options_be, fusion_options_fr, and fusion_options_de. I am not able to understand from which language they are formed.

Symptoms:
I am not able to understand from which language the tables fusion_options_nl, fusion_options_be, fusion_options_fr, and fusion_options_de are formed.

Questions:
How can I reduce the autoload option from wp_options?
What do the tables fusion_options_nl, fusion_options_be, fusion_options_fr, and fusion_options_de represent in terms of language?
