[Gelöst] Widget missing from second language

Hope you are doing great.
I need help with a widget not showing in one of my pages.
It is showing fine in English version but doesn't show in the Arabic version for some regions. It is WPML compatible since other widgets from the same themes are showing in the translations but this is happening on this specific page, could you please help me looking into this?

Solution: the product categories were not assigned in the secondary language. Synchronizing the categories resolved the issue.
