I’m trying to translate my website using the WPML AI translation feature, but I’m running into an issue where the WPML Dashboard page appears completely empty.
I’ve already gone through the troubleshooting steps mentioned in your documentation and support forums (including cache clearing, plugin/theme checks, and general compatibility steps), but the problem persists. Unfortunately, I’m unable to see any error messages in the WP admin area, and nothing relevant appears in my server or WordPress logs either, which makes it hard to identify the root cause.
At this point, the dashboard remains blank and I can’t access or trigger the AI translation workflow at all.
Could you please advise:
• What might be causing the WPML Dashboard to load empty in this situation?
• Are there any specific checks, debug modes, or server requirements I should verify?
• Is there any way to enable more detailed logging for WPML to help identify the issue?
